In a statement on March 16, 2026, State House Spokesperson Hussein Mohamed said President Ruto has received numerous written memoranda and representations over the past several months from stakeholders of the Kenya Hospital Association.

Other irregularities include hiring staff into unapproved positions and forming parallel organisational structures without any legal basis. The Public Service chief also expressed concern over the routine neglect of circulars that regulate board activities, travel arrangements, and office allocations.
Chief of Staff Felix Koskei said state agencies must adopt innovation, inclusivity, and unity in communication, stressing that in today’s digital age, information is a central pillar of governance.
The directive is aimed at guaranteeing uninterrupted access to healthcare services, pension benefits, and other financial obligations owed to public officers.
