Speaking in Loiyangalani during the close of the 14th Marsabit Lake Turkana Cultural Festival, Kindiki called on communities to embrace one another and use their traditions to build a stable and united country.

According to Kindiki, the government has boosted the number of judges to help speed up the delivery of justice. Since 2022, 51 judges have joined the High Court, the Land and Environment Court and the Court of Appeal. Another 40 are currently being hired, while 45 more will be recruited next year.

The office’s total allocation in the national budget was Sh3.07 billion, with Sh100 million set aside for development projects, and the rest for day-to-day operations.
