EACC Chairperson David Oginde said automating the Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities (DIALs) would give authorities a more effective way of managing the financial disclosures while improving monitoring of public officers.
NCIC chairman Bishop Kepha Nyamweya Omae said the commission was working alongside the police, Directorate of Criminal Investigations, Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to enforce standards of conduct among political leaders.

The judge found that the petitioners had not submitted a complaint to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) over alleged breaches of Chapter Six of the Constitution, the Leadership and Integrity Act, or the Conflict of Interest Act.
