DPP approves charges over alleged Sh3.9bn VAT fraud scheme
According to a statement issued by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) on Thursday, the suspects, Henry Ateka Nyabwari, James Ojiambo Nyengenye, Amisi Zamda, Frank Nyabwari and Hesbon Onyoni, are alleged to have registered 70 companies used to execute the scheme.
